We had a wonderful experience. We were the only family on this trip, which was a little disappointing. We had hoped our daughter would have other kids to hang out with during the week. Otherwise, each activity met or exceeded our expectations.

Our adventure to Glacier National park was phenomenal! There really are no adequate words to describe the majesty. The trip was physically demanding, but worth every aching muscle to reach those views. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. Our guides Alexandra and Steve were amazing. The food was unexpectedly great. All of the services and lodging were good as well. I can't wait for my next Austin Adventure!!!

The guides make the trip special. Yosemite is a beautiful place but the knowledge shared by the guides and the passion that they exude heightens the overall experience. From what I understand , the Guides had to change the itinerary around to accommodate road closures and fire activity but we would never had known their struggle in doing so. Also, Bob's Make-you-own-pasta night was a success.
The Snack basket in the van should include gum/mints-- some people get car sick easily and this helps tremendously!
Rush Creek Lodge is amazing and the people there were so nice. I would have preferred to stay there the whole time. I don't feel like i had adequate time to take advantage of the facility there and Tenaya Lodge just wasn't as nice to us.
Also, i know you haven't had a print catalog for a while now, but had a print catalog been available and perhaps given to everyone on the last night you probably would have had 10 bookings this week already! Its nice to see so many alumni on these trips but there was an overall consensus that we are worried about the re-branding and merger with Active and hope that the family-feel of Austin doesn't go away.
Lastly, the blue water bottles are the best! THE BEST!

After researching tours to Iceland Active Adventures offered the best overall package! Our group consisted of ten plus two wonderful guide; we became "family" in the week. Epic! That is the word I have used to describe this trip. As this was my third trip with Active, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. We saw all the highlights (waterfalls, glaciers, lava fields, and puffins) and then some. Our guides, Kim and Solvi, were kind, knowledgeable, and amazing chefs. They made sure all of us had a great time. The hut to hut trek is NOT to be missed and was certainly a highlight for me. There is something magical about hiking in the backcountry for several days. I highly recommend this trip!

Fabulous destination with guides and services to match. Elder, Katerina, Flo, Mel and Bernadette made the tough hikes doable and the everything fun.
We learned a lot about Mont Blanc and about ourselves. We really liked having a couple hours after the activity and before dinner.

Our Yellowstone adventure was everything I expected and more! The guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and attentive. Natural beauty and amazing scenery everywhere. The food prepared and served was delicious. We saw bison, deer, elk and a moose! My grandson did not want to leave. I agree that the hardest part was going home!

The guides worked very hard, and Bob was extremely knowledgeable. We saw some fantastic sights and enjoyed the group of guests. Overall, it was a great trip, with some exceptions. We spent a LOT of time in the van. The itinerary was good but lacked variety. Past trips have included hiking, biking, kayaking, beaches, and other activities. This was hiking and one day of rock climbing which was outstanding.
