As a member of the geriatric club, I was sceptical as to whether I could cope with such an energetic holiday. Having talked to Phil and discussed the situation I decided to give it a try. I did and I would urge any older person who is considering this holiday to give it a try. The feeling of achievement knocks ten years off your age!
