My guides, Bryan and Carrie, have a vast knowledge of Yellowstone and it's history. Their ability to share this information is entertaining and educational at the same time. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality goes above and beyond any expectations! As a solo traveler, I felt immediately comfortable with both the guides and other travelers. I anxiously await my next adventure!

Our trip was amazing in every way. We were pleased with the organization, the variety of activities and the balance of the group versus optional versus time on our own. We were especially impressed with our guides Bryan and Carrie. They were so knowledgeable, personable and presented the tour as if telling a combination of science documentary, history book and compelling story with jokes to boot. They really made an effort to get to know each guest equally and to balance their attention which I know is challenging. We don't consider ourselves "tour group-type people" but the benefits of a tour for an adventure like Yellowstone were too much to pass up and we are ever so glad we had that benefit of insider knowledge, especially with the Covid-challenges in accommodations and food. It was an outstanding experience.

We have gone on many vacation tours and by far our guides on this Montana trip were the very best and made our vacation very enjoyable. We loved the trip and our overall experience for the trip was exceptional except for service from the travel consultant Kelly Palmer. I booked this trip with Kelly, and booked my departure date of 09/10/2021 at 1:45pm with Delta airline. A couple weeks later I received an email from Delta saying the flight schedule has changed from 1:45 pm to 11:20am, I contacted Kelly immediately to update my departure time. Kelly emailed me back saying that I have to arrange my own transfer back to the airport since the last destination was about an hour away from the airport. She suggested that I to contact North of Yellowstone taxi. I called a few times and left messages and they never called back. I contacted Kelly at Austin again and she responded me on the third day of the trip (due to the weekend) and told me the same thing that I have to arrange my own transportation. I had the Hotel staff help me to find the transportation from CHICO back to the airport and had no luck what so ever. I was worried, frustrated and depressed. I don't know how I was getting back to the airport on the departure date. Finally, I told the trip guides what happened, they were very

Wow, what a great trip and experience. We learned Yellowstone from bottom to top. Thermal features and wildlife were on the agenda everyday. We hiked to all the known places and several unknown. We saw a bull elk, a grizzly bear, and 3 moose fairly close up, along with lots of bison, big horn sheep, pronghorns, and coyotes. We learned the unique ecosystem that is Yellowstone. Our guides Bryan and Carrie are experts and fun to be with. They cooked us lunch everyday on the trail, maybe our favorite meals. We rode horses on a cattle ranch and learned of two wolf killings the night before, again part of Yellowstone. And our last night was at a luxury hot spring, a huge hit with all. The camaraderie in the van was fun. These two guides are experts, they've seen everything and can handle anything that does or doesn't come up.
And lastly, we were there when it was crowded. We frequently saw long lines, but we rarely had to wait. Our guides knew when to go where and we missed the crowd for the most part. That's why we were able to experience so much in 5 days. If we hadn't had our guides, we would have spent half our vacation in a line not seeing anything.

This was definitely one of our top trips of all times. We were super impressed with all of the little details and couldn't have asked for better guides nor group to tour with. We appreciated that we could do so many activities in the 6 days and timing was impeccable for to catch various sightings.

Liz, Nicco and Gabrielle were fantastic guides who worked really well together. They were always checking on us to make sure we were ok and bent over backwards to ensure we had a great time, were enjoying our trip and were well fed. Our accommodations were excellent and I especially liked that we stayed in one spot multiple nights. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a spectacular Alaskan experience!

I booked this trip because Covid made it difficult to travel internationally & I'm so happy I did. I had always planned on “doing “ the US national parks when I was older feeling they would be less arduous. While Yellowstone can be enjoyed by visiting what’s near the road, this trip took you much further into the park. The dangers of Yellowstone should NOT be underestimated and the trip leaders were excellent at advising & guiding us to wonderful, beautiful off the beaten path places safely. The Thermal features go well beyond Old Faithful, the hikes very varied & lodging in the National Parks was a treat.

A fantastic trip that checked off all the must-see and do’s in Alaska. Our guides, Gabrielle, Liz and Nicco did a great job tending to our every need and found solutions to all the itinerary challenges (weather, restaurant closures, flat tires).

I am usually an independent (non-group) traveler, however, there is no way I could have managed the logistics of the island hopping and activities to have the same trip experience. Pepo and Paolo were great guides (and human beings). Loved the activities, but would have preferred a slightly longer trip with more time on Santa Cruz for the beach and San Cristobal. I chose the snorkelling option to the Tunnels and then paid to also see the volcano walk separately. They were both amazing, so I would have preferred them both to be included in the trip (which probably would extend the Isabela stay by a day). In general, the mix of activities was good. Food and lodgings were good. The food quality and choices met my expectations. The hotel quality matched the available quality of hotels on the different islands, so I was happy with them. We stayed on the beaches, so the early morning beach walks were some of my favourite quieter moments of the trip. I stayed one full day extra in Quito and needed the time for the rapid COVID test results to get back, but the process itself was easy. Finally, the end of the trip was anticlimactic, but I understand the logistical reasons for it. One option would have been to have the whole group including our main guides fly to Guayaquil, but I would have missed the time in downtown Quito. Some of this was just screwed up because of COVID testing logistics and will be resolved in the post COVID era.
